Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wawa Enterprises Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the Manage Inventory application and website (the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains, and deletes information — including information we access on your behalf through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who this applies to
The Service is a business tool for Amazon sellers and their authorized staff. It is not directed to children and is not intended for personal/consumer use.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Name, email address, and role of users you create within your organization.
- Authentication data (we store a hashed password and an authentication token; we never store passwords in plain text).
Amazon Selling Partner data (accessed with your authorization)
When you connect your Amazon account, we access only the data needed to provide the Service, which may include:
- Inventory (FBA inventory levels, SKUs, ASINs, fulfillment status).
- Orders and order items, and order-related tracking.
- Removal shipments and removal orders.
- Finances, fees, reimbursements, and financial transactions.
- Your Amazon selling-partner identifier and related account metadata.
This data is accessed under your authorization via Amazon's Login with Amazon (LWA) and the SP-API. We do not receive your Amazon password.
Content you provide
- Photos and packing-slip images you or your staff upload to document returns, claims, and shipments.
- Notes, custom issue templates, departments, unit costs, and other operational data you enter.
Usage and device data
- Basic technical logs (timestamps, request metadata, error logs) used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: sync your Amazon data, process returns and removals, track inventory and RMA status, manage claims and reimbursements, and report profit & loss.
- To authenticate users and keep each organization's data isolated.
- To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about support, security, and account matters.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use Amazon Information for advertising or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Infrastructure providers — we host the Service on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data is stored in AWS (DynamoDB, S3) under our control.
- Amazon — we exchange data with the Amazon Selling Partner API to provide the Service to you.
- Legal — if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data or Amazon Information with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Data security
- In transit: all traffic is encrypted with TLS/HTTPS.
- At rest: data is stored in AWS with encryption; OAuth tokens and other secrets are stored encrypted, and credentials are managed in a secrets manager.
- Access control: each organization's data is isolated by account, access is authenticated on every request, and we follow least-privilege access internally.
- Monitoring: we log and monitor for availability and security, and maintain an incident-response process.
6. Data retention & deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request export or deletion of your data, and you may revoke our access to your Amazon account at any time (from your Amazon account or by contacting us). When you disconnect your Amazon account or delete your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us.
- Revoke Amazon authorization at any time, which stops further syncing.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA); contact us to exercise them.
8. International data
The Service is operated from the United States and data is processed in the United States (AWS, us-east region).
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
