3. Amazon authorization & compliance
- You authorize us to access your Amazon Selling Partner data via Login with Amazon and the SP-API solely to provide the Service to you.
- You may revoke this authorization at any time. We will use Amazon Information only as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Amazon's policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
- Your use of Amazon's services remains subject to your agreements with Amazon.

5. Fees
Some features may require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing terms, and any free trial will be presented to you before purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Wawa Enterprises Inc. and is protected by law. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data synced from third parties (including Amazon) will be complete or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wawa Enterprises Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
